i bought pack with core battlefield academy and blitzkrieg pack. only france attack opens up - the others are all locked. on mission 2 i need to defend a bridge. outnumber but after several times i manage to defend bridge with two cohorts of infantry. still lose. what am i doing wrong. am stuck on all fronts and cannot enjoy game. pl advice

You must play teh tutorial to unlock Desert campaign and start desert to unlock the other campaigns. You do not need to complete Desert - Desert is an introductory level of difficulty so the place we want people to start.
