Can I get a reemail of my serial number? I apparently deleted the email, and the number printed on the copy of the disk that shipped is coming up as invalid.

There's a bit of an overlap on some games because of the Slitherine/Matrix merger.

You actually need to talk to us about any games ordered through the store for any order related issues. We only pass on game specific issues to the Matrix forum.

Make sure you entered the serial with the - in it and no extra spaces before or after. I can get your order mails resent if you tell me your order number.
