Slitherine

How do you re download games? The site has no links or info on the subject that I can find.
There is a link to some plimus site which is not working.
While its nice to not buy all games from steam or gamersgate, must admit their sites are way more user friendly.
I bought battlefield academy a few months back but my hard drive died. have the serial number of the game but thats all.
Was hoping for a few weekend games, but whats a few days in the gaming world....thats right the end of the world.


Emailed support and given a 24hr download link. All now put on a DVD in case I do it again.
Would still prefer a big DL buton but all is well

For now just e-mail info@slitherine.co.uk with your order details. We're working on an automated system to allow you to redownload from "MyPage" but thats still work in progress.

Having Purchased Panzer Corps series from Slitherine It seems I unable to download it from Matrix (although registered both here and on Matrix). I do see my recent Matrix purchase of Distant Worlds available for redownload through the matrix members section though.
If there ever is a situation where I need to download Panzer Corps is emailing Slitherine still currently the only way to do so? Should I be able to obtain the download of Panzer Corps from Matrix although I went through Slitherine/Plimus
When may we expect to be able to redownload our games from Slitherine?

At the moment yes mail is the only way, but we are working on it. I dont have a time line for when you would be able to download yourself. It is high on our wish list as it saves us a lot of tech support time as well as making you guys happy!

check your email. It should provide a link to download the game.

ohhhhh..redownload. Yes, you will need to contact slitherine support and they will provide a new link for you. At this point, being able to redownload your game only lasts for a set amount of time before you need to contact support.

you can also register the game on steam as well which may make redownloading in the future easier (if you don't mind steam). You can do this by logging in to your Slitherine account and going to "My Page" and the option will be there.
