Vikings as MF

I would like to propose that there should be an option for Viking armies be allowed to be MF rather than HF.
The chronicles and other histories contain many references to 'fast moving' Vikings and speak of their vulnerability to cavalry attack.
These would be well represented as MF rather than the HF, at least as an option.
