Iain/RBS. You might also want to impose a cut off date for "new ideas" for 2.0. I'm assuming if the beta is out 31/1 then you might be past the date already, in which case we can all stop posting daft "I think pikes should evade" suggestions and move on to moaning*.

Applications are all online using the NDA agreement so no need for printed agreements this time. Only caveat is your account must have a real name regsitered to it with a real address or it wont be considered for the BETA.

I was also thinking since applications for the Beta test is now closed, would it not be better to close the thread for changes.

I'm sure there are those who won't want to move on from being daft to moaning.

So maybe there should be a space for continued posting of daft notions and where dave can continue to display his keen diplomatic skills.

Incidentally, when are we going to find out if we are one of the chosen ones for v2.0 beta testing?

Yes, that would be the place, but it's a pretty difficult to shine there as a diplomat, eh?

I thought that all players who signed the application will be accepted?
At least we will need other beta testers around to play against, don't we?

The file exists, but it has to be fingerprinted etc by JDM, not sure how long that takes.
