Well, I suspect they are in the 'ruminating on changes' stage. Which will take a while as the three of them have other lives and there are a few subjects to discuss.
Then there's the possibility of having to playtest any bi g changes.
Then there's the Osprey print and distribute cycle (was over 6 months for Blood and Gold)

Oh, I see the beta starts Jan 31st. Maybe by Christmas then?
