The more i play the more i like this game.

It catches many points of tabletop game with miniatures and i am glad of it.

I really enjoy playing multiplayer for all opponents i found are polite and share many comments on the game and historical aspect regarding armies involved or tactical discussions.

Anyway i really like to play against the AI and, considering that AI is really improved from time to time i can provide some little suggestion to have a challenging battle against AI.

I usually play against AI on 350 points or 450 points, when i make my army i do not spend every point; for example in 350 points i usually spend 320 or 310 points.

When i am on the field of battle i have to think carefully for i have less units, but not too much, than AI.

To let you understand in my last game with Medieval Late France against Navarrese i had 20 as break points and AI (Navarra) 23, i won but just after a very fierce battle.

Hope this can help in having many hours of amusement with Field of Glory :D

I'm sure the developers know this already, but one thing that would enhance the AI immensely would be to improve the way it handles "poor" rated troops. What it tends to do at the moment is just to line them all up in front of the camp out of harm's way - whereas most players would deploy these troops in their second line in order to give supporting bonuses to the front line troops (and to plug any gaps that might appear). This would make a very big difference, I feel, to the gameplay, because at the moment it is often the case that you can fight the AI in two parts really.

The other thing I have done, Adraeth, is to play against the AI in "very open" or "open" terrain - because it does struggle to cope with more complicated battlefields.
