It doesn't help Colonials like me who want to attend for the first time, though, does it. Poo.

You'll have to stump up and hope the offer is repeated some time

<sigh>
And while I am asking for favors, could I get the BHGS to move the tournament to June for my convenience?

For some reason I expect Britcon to be quite busy this year. So I am going to get my entry in early.
If I am claiming free entry do I just have to provide a cheque for £50 or do I provide a cheque for the package I would normally be paying for?

Please enclose a post dated cheque (dated 1st August 2011)as a £50 deposit with booking.
Just that.

I assume we don't have to indicate which competition we are playing in as they are still last years.
Thanks

Is it limited to 'playing' residential delegates?

The question would be are the competitions the same? Pre 1040, post 1040, Empires and idiots. They could come up with something new.

" Free entry is restricted to those who have entered as a residential delegate
playing in any period over the last 5 years (from 2006 to 2010)."
My emphasis.

So my prior attendance was a double room, will I get a double gratis (but for only 1 person)... unless I pay for the 2nd non-playinig delegate?
Sorry - keeping it confusing
