LF charging non skirmishers in terrain

This came up a while ago but I can't see whether it was resolved.

P60. "A battle group entirely of light foot cannot charge or intercept non skirmishers in open terrain (even in the flank or rear).

The rule writers have emphasised the words "open terrain" clearly for a purpose. That purpose must be to indicate that this rule applies only when the non skirmishers are in open terrain. There is no prohibition on P60 against LF charging non skirmishers in terrain types that are not "open".

It was resolved, Dave Ruddock just muddied the water by answering a Q that wasn't asked. LF can charge anybody who is not in open terrain.
