Appears to be an online translator ... can speak English, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.

Might be usefull for your Japanese mods ... Perhaps adding Italian voices too.

I haven't tried it ... I just found it now while surfing.

Most of my Spanish language knowledge is bad words so I could test it with Spanish first to make sure it is not a joke.

I think Slith already added Italian.
