Poor CD packaging

Hi - Whilst I realise that Slitherine are not directly responsible for packaging I would like them to know how Plimus send them out - the bare CD is put in a sticky flexi carboard envelope and posted from the USA. How mine arrived without being broken is a miracle, but the CD itself is dirty from having no cover.
The CD was readable after I cleaned it and found a cover but surely couldn't they be persuaded to at least do some minimal packaging?
regards,
Al

It would be nice to find out that they ship in a regular DVD box and that the postal service made the swap but I doubt that is the case.

Sorry you had a bad experience. That's definitely not what we're expecting. We'll look in to this and see what can be done to improve it. We've only heard one other issue related to the CD's so hopefully this is not a common occurance. We're planning to overhaul this service and provide proper boxed copies as an option but that's slightly further down the line.
