Some scenario design suggestions

I've been collecting most (if not all) of the scenarios created and posted here and I would like to say that I am most grateful and very much appreciate the excellent hard work to those of you who have created these scenarios. I can't say enough how much your efforts are appreciated by those of us who love this game. As one who doesn't have the gift of scenario design I am humbled by your dedication and skills.
Having said that I would like to suggest a few design protocols that would make it easier to file and keep track of all these custom scenarios. This will help especially when playing multiplayer.
1. Be sure and enter the year in the appropriate field using this format as an example: 333 BC or 1201 AD. This allows sorting in the scenario selection screen in chronological order.
2. Try not to use the heading "Battle of..." in the scenario name. Just use the name of the battle. Example: "Issus" instead of "Battle of Issus". This makes it much easier to list battles in alphabetical order.
3. Give your name and a version number in the battle description field. A version number would help keep tabs of revised battles ensuring that all of us have the most up to date version. A designers name would help identify different versions of the same battle.
(As a side note, I'm not expecting designers to go back and change already posted scenarios. My suggestions are for future postings.)
Again, I hope I do not appear presumptuous or pretentious in these suggestions. I just think that a few protocols for uniformity will make it easier for all of us to keep track of all the excellent work being done by those designers who have graciously devoted their time and talents for the benefit of all of us.
Thanks again to all those who have posted scenarios here. All of us appreciate your work.
