After upgrading to 1.5.1 every time I play the game I have to complete the tutorial before I can unlock the campaigns and multi player games. I have tried a total uninstall and reinstall but the problem persists. I also have installed Blitzkrieg France.

It appears that the program is not recording the required information.

I am running the game on a Windows 7 laptop.

Try deleting the My Documents\My Games\BBCBA folder and then running the game. There can sometimes be issues caused by the game running post-update with higher priviliges than you might usually run at.
