I have a game from a day or two ago, where I accepted a challenge, but the game won't let me play it. Crashes every time I try and do my deployment, as soon as I select the game and click "Play." I've posted the crash details elsewhere, but now I am just wondering if there is anything I can do to delete the game from my list?

You can't just yet.
Two options open to you:
1) Ask the tech guys at Slitherine to remove it, or
2) Just wait. After 30 days (IIRC) you can claim any inactive game without opening it.
