Just 1 more day

Oh man I can almost taste it eh.

Been a good boy (not entirely by choice just too busy) and have not so much as peeked at my install of Blitzkrieg yet.

It was number 1 on my Christmas list, so while I have had it installed and good to go now since the day it was on sale, I have not played it yet.

If it wasn't selected fine, I already have it :) but if it was chosen (and the wife merely wrapped a box as a stand in), then I can at least know I was proper about waiting.

How many are like me, waiting for Santa to give the game to you?

 I cheated and learnt a trick of my wifes - 'What do you want for Christmas babe?' 'Well I'd like clothes/game (delete as appropriate) because I need to for the party/to play the night of your party (delete as appropriate)' Knowing full well other half still has to buy another 'little' present just to have something to open on Christmas day (because the first time you did this he foolishly took you at your word - that you had had your present and didn't want anything else    ).
Merry Christmas everyone :D

An insight into Christmas in the Machiavelli household? ;)

I'm sure Santa will make sure that people who wait until Christmas Day to open their presents will be Deflection free for the whole day :)

Cheers

And I succeeded :)

And it was indeed on the Christmas list of things I got so it is nice I was able to behave and wait.

So Christmas day and I am playing some, and it's time to go to family dinner and I grin and bear it and leave the laptop at home so as to not seem unsociable.

And dang it my niece's husband is on his playing minecraft and my other niece's kids both have Nintendo DS games on the go and the home of the event has two desktops in use. I should have known better hehe.
