I will guess how you did this: one hex of land (surrounded by water)with a cannon on it?

Yes, I'd like to see some buildings for the map. I suppose the scale becomes problematical. Do the buildings have to be bigger than the figures in the images, or in scale with the trees? I think they would have to be impassable terrain anyway to units.

Well strike me down - I thought I was joking in another thread when I mentioned boats!

Hello chaps! I have to report a major technological breakthrough in the boats department today!
Once you have put the cannon on the hex of land and given it a leader flag to make it look good - you can then delete the land hex and then you have a floating cannon with its pennant, which symbolises a boat exceedingly well!!
And another thing you can do - if you have a flagship that you want to stand out from all the other ships - use one of those "open field" features and it looks like a really posh bit of carpet for the admiral!
I will keep you updated with any further technological advances. And Happy Xmas to all my chums on here!

So, we have a flying carpet do we?
I feel this is another step towards a fantasy version of FOG!
