Sometimes the minimum spec is more of a guess from the developer, and sometimes the minimum spec is a pretty strict requirement.

Has anyone tried this on a computer with a 64 mb video card?

It doesn't look like it would be excessively demanding graphically, and the PC in question has a bit more ram than required... but with no demo it seems a little risky to buy it unless someone has tried it on a sub minimum spec video card before.

I've run the game on very low end cards (e.g. even an S3 onboard video card) and it will run, albeit somewhat slowly. If you post the exact spec of the machine, perhaps others might have the game running on something equivalent.
