Panzer II & FT-17 minor bugs

Just a minor detail but...
Panzer II has the same 20mm gun as the Sdkfz 8-rad but while this one makes the correct sound (a small burst of quick firing autocannon) the Panzer II makes the default cannon sound. They also have different attack values while they had the same armament.
In reaction a FT-17 fire upon an infantry unit making both "cannon" and "machinegun" sounds. That´s not correct, the FT-17 were armed with a single 37mm gun OR a MG, never both at the same time.
