Dorylaeum, 1097 AD

Hi Folks,
the second scenario as promised. This one is Dorylaeum. As I have discussed elsewhere, this scenario starts as the Turkish ambush goes wrong. They have the Crusader vanguard surrounded, believing it to be the main Crusader army. It is not. That is just coming into view behind them, following the Turkish scouts that failed to spot it. Behind the main body is a rearguard. In short, plenty of Crusader reinforcements are on the way. The question is can the vanguard survive until it is saved? If it can, can the Turks avoid annihilation? Enjoy - have had quite a bit of fun with this one. Needless to say, as usual, this is a combination of the facts as known, some guesswork and a few decisions designed to help with game play (the cornering of Kilij Arslan is deliberate - he was determined to fight that day, so I have made it difficult for his forces to evade away). Also, his camp is present - this is important as the prospect of looting it proved to be a major incentive for the Crusaders! Link below,
Tony
P.S. Am finishing the game testing of Myriokephalon - it should follow shortly.
