We would need to remove your old serial from your original login. However, I don't think you needed to buy a new copy, as I believe we are set up to allow for re-downloads for purchasers.
I am sure Iain will be able to help you to get going again on Monday.

What you need to do is uninstall and resintall using your original serial numbers not the new ones you purchased. You can then give the spare serial number to a friend with the installer and wish them a happy Christmas
You dont need to buy again to get the download.

The games are the same. You should uninstall, then reinstall, but use the serial number already registered to your account (you can go to My Page from the main site page to see it). It should all then work correctly, and you can give your spare serial to a friend (or even an enemy you want to defeat online

).
Hopefully that will solve the issue.
