How do you build a city wall? (SPARTAN)

I really wana build a city wall but it doesnt seem to appear in the bulid options, i have tried upgrading up to large fort and afterwards no word of city wall appears. i even tried it on the max brick lvl cities but same thing again no city wall.
i play the grand campaign using the lacedaemonions.
any1 any idea pls do share tanx

So you're playing as the Spartans?
They can't build city walls, everyone elses can!

yea im playing as the spartans....
what about cavalry? they can't make heavy cavalry?

I don't remember now.
You should check the techtree.

No they dont get them either from what I remember. They are all about the wall of steel

AFAIK they only get light cav, and on the level 1 stables

Xenophon was especially scathing about Spartan cavalry so if game doesn't allow quality cavalry that's pretty realistic.
