I don't know if this has been discussed yet but the "Rally" option seems unlimited per turn. Added it to a senario I was working and was able to use it twice on a unit that was down to "16" on morale and brought it right back to "100" after rally two other units the same turn. I don't think this is what was meant to happen or am I wrong. It was also available the following turn and still unlimited.

Hard to tell if unlimited was their original intention.
My beef about the Rally Bonus is that I have to keep using it to bring up the morale on the same unit. I think it would have been better to have a "one-time" click on the button to have "every" unit rally-up with the same logic ... this will save me having to go through every unit more than twice.
I can't say whether or not is should have a cooldown time. The Rally bonus is very powerful ... and free each turn. If that was their design intention (powerful bonus) then no change required.
From a scenario design point, we can mod the Rally to have a cooldown time, like the Revive Bonus.
So, I don't know MesaDon ... If you would like to make an ammendment to the current Rally we can go through the steps and add a cooldown, etc.
Pip or Ian ??? Your thoughts?

It should only be useable once & then recharge. I'll have to check.

Ian?
While you're checking .... Look at the AMMO bonus ... this also has no cooldown time.
I think that "if" it should have a cooldown (on both) then make it a "one-click-ALL" effect, not peicemeal.
Any other player in the forum have a suggestion? ... please chime up folks

I'd like to say THANK YOU! .... but what did you fix? You gave them both a cooldown?
If so, I can see your design intention now ..... one unit, one click .... cooldown .... right?
I can see, said the blind man as he picked up his hammer and saw.
