Slitherine

So, I decided to get the S&S expansion, and since I was at the Matrix site anyway, decided to register all the games I'd bought the past 6 months.
Turns out that I can't register FoG+expansions with the serials supplied by Slitherine.
(Same with AGEODs games, but that's a different story).

So the question is, will the serials bought through Slitherine be 'converted' (for lack of a better phrase) to Matrix' database?
And if I buy the game through Matrix, will I still be able to get support through Slitherine if something goes wrong?

Just trying to decide which shop to buy this at.
I love the speedy responses I can get here (when it isn't snowing, that is ), but I also like the idea of having the majority of my serials centrally registered.
