Of the items discussed with Pippo, the only change I propose to make is to restrict Moorish cavalry to Morocco.
However, I do have a query:
Why does the Aventureiros terco have 6 shot and 6-8 pike, when the other Portuguese tercos are the other way round?

Possibly because they were volunteers with a high proportion of "gentlemen" who would trail a pike rather than use a firearm?

Possibly. Or alternatively it may be a typo.
