Old Glory Spanish Norman figures

Could one of you helpful gentlepeople please let me know what army I could use these figures for please?..if you can be bothered to look them up and analyse them that is,

They are based on the illustrations from WRG's Armies of the Dark Ages 600-1066.
The cavalry is based on images 135 and 136. These are based on Spanish manuscripts from the 11th century. The infantry is based on image 137. Also from an 11th C. Spanish source. The archers and crossbowmen are based on images 128, 129, 130, representing Norman infantry from the Bayeux Tapestry.
So, useful if you are doing a Spanish army 10-12th century. The round shields with tassles are Andalusian influence. The bare headed archers have the distinctive Norman haircut.

Gozerius you are a gent...many thanks indeed for the research.
Looks like I'll pick something from Oath of Fealty then or perhaps Swords and Scimitars(which I am waiting for in the post)...I basically have 50 spearman,armoured and the command pack with both mtd and ft in the same pack...hoping I can develop a flexible army with the potential to morph into one or two others with some clever extra purchases,

The 11th century is the crossover point between Wolves from the Sea and Oath of Fealty, so don't neglect the Astur-Leonese or Early Navarre lists.

Perfect...I will study them and see how I can develop an army type that I do not currently have...thanks again
