What does the red triangle over a unit mean?

Some of the others are self explanatory, such as the white flag and the green arrow. This one I can't figure out though and I can't find any info on it.

That your selected unit can fire upon the red triangled unit - there may be a few units with the triangle dependant on LOS and range.
