Cities of Gold is looking particularly interesting if I do say so myself. As well as the ones from Blood & Gold updated for the later period, there are additional native lists as well as colonial lists. The Awaraks and Caribs each have their own list. The former have the interesting new combination of atlatls (Javelins) + heavy sword-club (Heavy Weapon). The latter have (possibly even more interesting) compulsory near-naked topless women with bows.

Several native armies (Tlaxcalans, Incas and Awaraks) can be fielded under Spanish command with a few Spanish conquistadors as a core. Later on, the Spanish colonial list allows huge numbers of bases of native troops to be commanded - anyone with an Aztec, Tlaxcalan, Tarascan, Otomi or Inca army can field it as the bulk of a Spanish army if desired.

Mapuche, Chichimecs and Plains Tribes get cavalry. (Though not whole armies of them in this period - although the Mapuche did field whole mounted armies, most of them dismounted to fight. The Plains Indians still only had limited numbers of horses by the end of the 17th century).

Iroquois get wooden armour (and rated as Armoured) early on, and large numbers of firearms later. Tlingit etc. also get wooden armour.

If that can be documented, I expect that will be in the as yet presumably uncontemplated Field of Gory: Modern Warfare, in the Rebels and Revolutionaries Companion volume.
