The quantities for all the Frankish ally troop types in this list are 2-4. This allows too many knights and not enough foot and is inconsistent with both the TT Later Crusader allies list and with the equivalent allied lists for other armies in S&S with later Crusader allies, e.g. Cilician Armenian and Syrian States.
