Hey Paul,
Your welcome up for a game of course, but I was looking for tougher opponents
Had another game since ours.... against spanish with late tercios....shot one down but the rest just steamrollered over my foot..... worse still, he destroyed my determined horse with cuirassiers....... dispelling the myth that my horse had generated that they were unbeatable.....
french next game against his english......
all good!

Four plus now playing FoGR at Washington Club - you know where we are!
Tudors, Cossacks, Hungarians, Persians, Poles, Swiss, Dutch, Anglo Dutch and others as yet unseen.
Wish I hadn't sold my ECW!
Victoria Community Centre, Washington, Tyne and Wear
Plenty of parking, hot water, new loos (that flush) and a shop in walking distance.
What more could you want?
Large multiplayer Polish/Russians - Northern Wars Xmas game Sunday 19th December start 10:00 finish 4:00ish - All welcome
(Everyone gets a general and some troops to command)
If your really unlucky you might be CiC and get all the blame for losing!
New leagues including FoGAM and FoGR start again in the New Year.
Or alternatively just sort out 'friendlies' if you cannot commit

Although we were badly affected by the snow Kluszyn was still fought - see my after action report.
Looking to refight the refight with new/more participants after the AGM on the 9th January - say 11:00 ish.
You are sure of a warm welcome (the central heating boiler is still working)!

Paul/Others interested
It's Victoria Community Association, Oxclose Road, Washington - but not on Royal Mail Postcode Finder!
Nearest Post Code is NE38 7ND - Opposite the newly built old peoples accomodation and next door to the snooker hall.
A1/A19? six and two threes to be honest about half way between both so your starting point is more the issue for which one you use.
AGM at 10:00 - lasts for at most a half hour (treasurers report and agreeing the fees for the year) then we will get started.
I'm usually there at 9:30.

There are 4 of us at the Shot and Shell Gamers club who play FOG-R in 15mm.
See separate thread for full info.
We are always looking for more FOG-R opponents.
