That sounds like your opponent surrendered. Try to contact him.

Just download BA for first time that night - complete nubie and was setting up to play across internet with my son, and trying out hot seat, following tips from Tim1966- Thanks Tim, as couldn't find any info when searching forum.
I don't even know how I accepted the challenge
Thought best thing was to surrender- gracefully.
Maybe when I get a bit more confident, we can have another go.

One thing I like about our community is that many people are happy to help out new players when they begin playing online. If you let them know on your first turn when you decide to dive back in, I am sure you'll get a lot of handy tips!
