After spending some months trying to manage the “Mare Nostrum Campaign” until I had to give up and also having seen other campaigns getting stucked in the same way I came to the firm belief that this commitment isn’t really a bearable weight, due to the costant need of updating involved in the task, unless you are totally free from family and job engagments.

So, thinking that running a campaign should be a nice job and given the fact that some players may like to get involved in it, I decided to turn my attention on a solo campaign, that is much easier and faster to handle also for guys with a minimum of free time.

Consequently I devised a simple, fast runnig, battle generating engine that should allow players to fight FoG engagements in an historical scenario, rendered in his flavour with the presence of random events, diplomacy, building and political actions.

Sounds quite interesting. I should perhaps look into joining a campaign despite being a newcomer. Seems fun!
