I am using an HP, with windows VISTA 32 bit operating system and 4.0 GB of RAM. I have the latest drivers and my direct X is upto date. Please help

There is no install.exe so can you be more specific where the issue is. Also, where is your serial number printed?

My software hangs almost immediately from the install.exe
