I was testing a scenario in hotseat mode. I did not complete the battle. I deleted the scenario.

Now I show unknown custom scenario in my MP screen. I deleted all my save files but it is still there.

Is there a way to delete hotseat games?

Good point. Because we haven't got an automated way to delete games there is no UI, but we should certainly allow you to delete your own hotseat games.

How about having a way to set a flag for a game so its considered dead by you. It moves to you completed games section and you can unflag it if you chose. The other player is shown that you have marked it as completed/or killed and they can do the same. If both players choose to do so the game is marked complete and permanentnly moved to the completed games section? If the game sits in this flagged state for more than 2 weeks (the same as a completed game) it is removed automatically.

You would not be able to do this for any tournament games.

It would give a way for the playersto clean out the dead games without us having to do it which would be good for everyone.

Maybe an option to request a rollback could work like this too - both players accept the rollback and it rolls back.

The flag idea sounds good - it removes the manual part of trying to get dead/broken games removed where both people are active.

From a housekeeping point-of-view would it also be possible to automatically trawl through all server games and remove all that have not been updated for say 1 month? For example, there are some challenge games sitting there since beginning of August.

I received an email regarding my MP tourney game with PirateJock. I go to MP but I don't have a turn to play?

Noob mistake. First email was notice of accepted challenge. Second email was turn waiting.

But now I have a scripts warning?

What warning? Can you post the error?

When I started my first turn it said the scripts didn't match and I should contact my opponent.

I'm thinking I may have messed with something early on but I'm pretty sure that I followed your advice not to mess with the base game.

It's possible it is your opponent. People do tinker with things. You should contact them and make sure you both have clean versions. Reinstalls could help.

I checked the date on all of my scripts. Most are prerelease, a couple are Oct 20, and trigger.bsf is Oct 30.

Oct 20 was the 1.4.1 but what would change trigger?

EDIT I have slith_victory_points dated Oct 22 2010 that I may have added to and later removed. Does the game check date stamps?

I have 7 campaign folders and 4 multiplayer folders in my base. Is that correct?

PirateJock and I have discussed starting over. He hasn't had a problem before. Should I reinstall the game?

I would reinstall to prevent any issues. There isn't anything in the main folders anyway

Just to query what 'this' is? If you are waiting on a turn, then the systray shouldn't bother you about it? Or do you mean something else?

This bad file is causing the systray to flash.
