Who do you pursue?

Had an odd one come up last night, couldn't find an answer?
A BG is fighting in two directions and simultaneously breaks both opponents. Which does it pursue?

My immediate response is neither but that is just what feels right and may bear no relationship to the book of words.

IIRC a BG fighting in 2 directions cannot pursue

Per page 101, "An unbroken battle group ... always pursues unless: - It was fighting enemy in two directions."
Thus, it doesn't pursue.
