May we have the bonus and icon slot blank graphics in order to make our own?
I found the round background and empty for the icons.

What format would be best for everyone? I have the originals in layered psd's, so that images can be slotted in underneath a frame. Shall I keep them in the Photoshop format?

I use Paint.net
The dds would be fine for me. Or a bmp but they are usually larger.

Can you post both the layered psd and (for those who don't have Photoshop) post the individual layers as separate files?
I don't have Paint.net, I have PhotoShop, so I don't know which format would be best for paint, either BMP, TGA, or whatever.

Remember that there have to be 4 versions on each final image (reading from top left clockwise) - normal, mouse over, not available, selected
