Slitherine

I cannot log on to multiplayer now (or this forum) with my username, "pyortr." I tried to change my pass word for multiplayer, and Slitherine erased my old one without sending me a new one. In my efforts to get the situation fixed, I have seen all kinds of oddities with the system. For starters, I cannot make a new user name and a new account, as my serial numbers are registered with the old, inaccessible account. I cannot get a new password because Slitherine keeps saying they have sent one, but it never shows up. I cannot change my email account (that Slitherine says is registered one day and not the next) because I have to have my password to do that. I cannot get action through this method, probably because they think it's somebody trying to hack the other account by social engineering. So, I'm stuck--no MP games unless I buy a new download. Any suggestions before I do that?

caveat: It could be that I'm just blind and stupid and am currently incapable of figuring this out, but I'm going to suspend that judgment for now.

Our guy who deals with this is out of the office but back this afternoon so hopefully it will get sorted out then.
