I am playing on the XBox360 and reading the forum, i believe i should be getting the lance upgrade after Potiers. I have gone beyond this point and still havent had the weapon. Does anyone play on the Xbox and have the same problem?

Maybe i should restartthe campaign again and see if it works better on Normal difficulty. Am on Hard at the moment.

The difficulty really shouldn't effect it. It must be some odd combinations of scenarios you have played or something you did in a scenario. This is going to be tricky to track down.

Maybe, you can tell me the order you managed to get the lance and i will look to try and do that combination to see if it works.

I am going to restart (once more) and see if i can get the lance.

For the lance upgrade:

if you mean gaining the option in army camp to equip cavarly with lance, i gained it after the first "chevachue" against a french village.

If you play many "raiding missions" you can acquire some hidden (marked "?") elements at the end of the scenario.

Do you know which raiding mission it was exactly after potiers? Did you also do all the missions before potiers as well?

I made the very first mission for english campaign and then the "raiding mission" that becomes available.

Ok, have done the raid on a french village after potiers and got a Drunk battlecard, am trying to complete the other one that appeared now:

Province Argentan - Normandy Fight off French Raiders. Keep getting swamped by all their troops and insane difficulty makes it fun

Was this the one that you got the lance on?

For the "lance" you mean the knights' lance or the simple lance that can be equipped to cavalry and even infantry?

Ok, so i took it just after the very first raiding mission.

Do you remember the first battle in the english campaign (the one on the shores of Normandy year 1337 maybe or similar), so after that you may choose to make a raiding on the french countryside (again near Normandy)... is that secondary mission that gave me the simple lance.

Just done a quick start on easy and cant find the simple lance you mentioned.

Picardy- Raid enemy province - Battlecard Rally
Reims - Raid enemy town - No reward, just extra gold for wagon capture

This could be a language issue - a lance is French for Spear if I remember correctly?

Ah ok, i have the spear but not the Lance which is the one for the knights. I believe from reading other posts it should be a reward soon after potiers mission but i dont seem to recieve it.

For the lance (so the knights spear) i can't help you by now for i am far from Poitiers (i am at the 4th mission) for i spend many time in playing skirmishes and editing armies
