When I click on the game executable, it loads up that small screen that checks for updates.

With that, would it be possible to let me know if I have any multiplayer turns awaiting?

It's possible. However I would imagine a lot of people flick past it before it's even loaded

. You can always use the Tray Tool to always be aware if there are turns waiting.
