Hi guys ive just bought a laptop and installed CEAW V 1.00 from the disk so far i have the shortcut on my desk top i clicked on it to start up the game and the menu screen came up when i clicked play nothing happens??? i havent added any updates yet i can access the game manual from the menu screen.
My laptop is windows 7, AMD phenom triple core processor, 4 gig Ram any idea's thanks in advance.

Is this the original or Gold version? Gold shoudl be 1.12 so I assume the original? The original was developed long before Windows 7 and may have compatability issues on some versions. It is related to the installer used. The new gold version seems to work fine on Windows 7 in our testing. Sorry for any inconvenience, but is a lack of backwards compatabilty in Windows 7.

Thanks for reply i will patch up to 1.12 gold and see what happens.
