Just purchased the game, installed it on my Toshiba laptop with Intel integrated graphics, and all I get on startup is a blank screen with the music playing in the background.

I'm running 1.3.3, using Win7 x64, latest Intel drivers. I've tried changing a few of the OpenGL parameters (but not every permutation, obviously) to no avail. I've tried running in WinXP compatibility mode.

I use this Toshiba tablet for all my wargaming, since all such games are 2D and are not, therefore, graphically demanding. Thus far, I've never had the slightest problem with the dozens of wargames on the machine.

Sorry you are having this issue. Which model of Intel integrated graphics, and what screen resolution, does your computer have? Also, do you know whether any of the other games you play on it use OpenGL? If you're using Aero, please can you try running with that disabled (i.e. with the basic theme). I assume the blank screen that you see is black, and you never even see the 3 big logos.

I reverted to the built-in Win7 driver and all is well. Very slow - but it works!
