It looks like your font is not the usual one we're using. You need to install the Haettenschweiler font to avoid 3 line text boxed clipping the text etc. Usually Haettenschweiler is installed via Microsoft Office.

Problem solved, remembered that I have another computer that doesn't have the text problem, looked in the fonts and found 'Haettenschweiler Regular', copied it into the new computer font list, no more text problems. Should have thought of that before.

You need Haettenschweiler font installed on your system for the text size to be smaller.
