A friend of mine who goes by the tag of Gunjin is having a nasty battle with a terrible disease and has been unable to even play the FOG he loves. He got me into this game (bastard) and I have had some great fun in battles with you guys, but I never would have without him. So if you kick my butt, give him thanks, and if you lose to me, curse him!

He is a gentleman and in turn based war gaming, a scholar. Please give your regards on this thread or I will, err... try to kick your ass! or perhaps let you kick mine.

Either way, support and encourage a soldier.
Regards,
Mercutio

Best wishes and get well soon.
I don't think we ever met on the battlefield but I'm sure we will in the near future.

Strong faith can conquer disease. I have seen it happen. Not proper to discuss here, but please PM me. Just reaching out is the first step of faith.

The best wishes, positive vision, and prayer of a group together can be powerful, as I know also from personal experience. So here is a strong wish for one of our fellow gamers, Gunjin, to conquer this enemy and be healed.

I am sorry I have not posted lately, but I really appreciate your posts. I will call him this weekend to see how he is doing and he will probably hate me for this thread, but at the end of the day, I love him like a brother and he, by his spirit alone, got me into this family. Sorry for the maudauline post.

Best wishes Gunjin, I hope you have a speedy recovery and hope you will be back soon to FOG, defeating opponents like you defeated the disease.

Hi Guys

Thank you all for your kind words of support.
I am feeling a lot better now that the hospital has got my condition under control with the drugs they are administering.

I have started playing again (against the computer for now) and having to remember how this game works. Wont be long before I will be issuing and accepting challenges again!

Once again thank you.
