It seems to have a problem with the Draw result.
When both side break during the same turn the game say that the playing side is victorious but the result is draw. In the ladder it iseems to validate as victory too.

So is it a bug?

Is it correct to always consider that when two side break during the same half turn the game is a draw?

It is a bug - post to the tech support forum to remind the team as its been there since the beginning.
