Leonardo & cccbss

After investigating this thoroughly we have no evidence to suggest there was a deliberate attempt by cccbss to cheat and gain an advantage. It is true that the maps were modified but if cheating was the intention then it would have been done in a very different way.
cccbss did modify a map which he was planning to use against a friend, but instead of adding it to the MyGames folder modified the map in the root game data folder. We have now added a check that will be in the next update to prevent this ever happenign again. There has been confision in the past about where and how to edit maps which hopefully we have now cleared and it the next update will prevent anything like this happening in future.
When the game against Leordanop loaded up cccbss should have immediately resigned instead of playing his turn, but instead started playing the turn. I think this was a bad judgement call by cccbss but not a deliberate attempt to cheat. If someone was attempting to cheat, adding lots of units that are clearly visible to the enemy on turn 1 is not a good way to do it as it is immediately obvious. We have told cccbss that we will be closely monitoring his games to ensure no other issues like this arise.
We will be removing the games between cccbss from the server but the other games are free to continue.
We want to draw a line under this issue and do not want to see any further discussion on the matter on the forums between cccbss and Leordano.
Our aim is for everyone to have fun and we want to avoid anything which might get in the way of this.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
Now please get on and enjoy the game!
