i 'm sorry if this has been asked before, but the search didn't show me any results:

is it possible to change a pc version to a mac version? or is at least a discount possible?

At the moment we dont have a way to do it unfortunately. We're looking for ways to improve this in fuiture but currently ahve no solution. Army packs share serials so if you have PC army packs you can use them on Mac, but not the core game yet.

You'd need to remove that one as it is not the final one and install the final release version so it doesnt help I'm afraid.

I bought the PC version when it was released, unaware that there was a mac version coming in any reasonable timeframe. When the mac version came out, I used the PC serial and it worked fine. I then gave my mac version to a friend who plays the table top game, and voiced an interest in the digital version.

So I am confused by this response. The PC serial seems to work fine for me on my mac version. (In fact, it's essentially required, if you have a login/game history on the pc version)

The downside is obviously, you need to buy the mac version. Maybe you can sell/give your new serial to someone (with either a PC or mac installer obviously), and use the old PC serial on the newly installed mac version?

Yes what you did is fine - the issue is we have no way to deliver the Mac installer dmg file without a purchase going through. The serials are the same for both versions.

Would there be a problem if someone offered to make the dmg available to him?

Yes there would, sorry. We're working on a safe way to handle it but don't have one at the moment.
