End of Turn Bug?

DAG battle GrayMouser vs Rome1944
I sent my turn (turned out to be my second last), had also sent a lf adjacent to my opponents camp in tha turn
I recieved the turn back and my opponents bp's showed 41 losses out of 40 total However, I still needed to complete all my combats moves etc....Basically, the game should have ended on my opponents turn since he reached/surpassed his BP on his own turn.....
Not sure if this is an old bug (maybe something to do with sacking his camp?)
I am patched to 1.33, not sure what Rome1944 has......
