Long Range Desert Group Chevy and Jeep Scenario

I wasn't sure whether to put this in scenarios or modders corner! Anyway I've made a scenario based on a LRDG raid on an airfield with Chevy trucks and SAS jeeps (thanks to Amaz_Ed for the Jeep model!). I've not got my head around scripting much yet so its a basic fight with a bit of AI scripting and one VP.
Download and have a look and any suggestions, tips etc gratefully received. There's readme in the file telling you where to put the folder.
Have fun!
Here's the link
RAID
PS how do you take screenshots?

Hitting F2 will drop a screenshot into the SCREENS folder in My Documents\My Games\BBCBA. The same place as the Campaigns folder where your cool scenario should go
Note that screenshots only work correctly in fullscreen mode.
Cheers

Looks wonderful Tim. I haven't played the mission through yet, but you have done a great job of finishing my jeep and making it look awesome instead of quite nice.

Cheers!

I quite like it Tim. It's certainly fun racing throught the desert in jeeps!
One thing I noticed was that when I captured the flag at the airfield it didn't change from the question mark flag, but the game ended and all was well.

Thanks for the comments - Amaz_Ed the jeep was already awesome! The neutral flag is due to my lack of scripting knowledge. Like you Ed I'm more into the modelling so only did a simple script but I will try to learn more.
If anyone wants to use any of the models in a scenario please do.
Pip do you think I should add a post in the main forum sectin and scenario section - just in case people don't look in modders corner? Are there any plans for a repository of scenarios and mods for people to download?

I'll pop up a sticky if you are happy that you're ready for a 'release'

.
There are indeed. I am hoping the next update will contain an intergrated downloader, and that we can grab your and other's work and allow everyone to grab them directly from the game while we get an integrated uploading space for every user sorted out at the backend.
Cheers

Its as ready for 'release' as I'll get it! I may tweak the script at a later date but it works ok and its mostly for fun driving jeeps and Chevys around - hopefully others more talented at scripting will use the models in their scenarios.
Having an in game downloader is a great idea! Thanks for all the support.

Tim, I can't do graphics. Would it be difficult to take out the driver and convert the back top to a gun sheild? I have 4 scenarios using 5 versions of the Marmon Herrington armored cars. I could send you my unpolished scenarios. Using the M8 and would rather use that chevy truck.

Hi Ipgamble - sorry I've only just seen this message. I don't think I could make the lorry look like a Marmon Herrington without a bit of work. I'm a bit bogged down with some stuff I want to work on myself at the moment but I may at some stage offer my services to make models for those that want them and that capture my imagination. All I'd ask is if poeple could provide reference material - 3 sided plan views would be ideal then I will attempt to produce the model for them. One vehicle I'd like to do its a Rolls Royce armoured car...
