Operation Cobra suggestions

I am stuck on this scenario. I cant seem to move forward since the german side is always counterattacking and have tons of tanks. To beat the german tanks without getting all my armour destroyed I have to stop and defend with my infantry in ambush which works slows things down.Time always runs out onme. Any ideas on the best way to beat the computer on this one.
