ok first off i was playing a customized scenario[river of bood} after i updated it wont let me take turn two as is stuckk.i also keep tryjing to get the hotseat to work and i beleive iim putting in in the right spot but still will not work.as far as river of blood i have tried deleting it then loading it agin to no avail.also downloaded the new beta scenrios and they will not show up either.

All custom campaigns need to go into your My Documents\My Games\BBCBA folder in either the Campaigns directory for single player, or the Multiplayer for online campaigns.

The update shouldn't affect any ongoing games, but I will double check. Perhaps the change to prevent misplaced custom campaigns has had some uninteded consequences.

Not reading the scenarios from the My Documents folders is not something I've seen before. If you navigate to the My Documents\My Games\BBCBA\Multiplayer folder you should see only folders with the appropriate names - is this the case?

Have you moved your My Documents directory?

Is it possible that your My Documents directory path contains non-ascii characters? Are you able to save a game correctly?

when i go to my documents\games\bbac then go to multi play it lists the four beta scenario types

no problem infact went back to campaigns and saved a game then restarted it to make sure.

do you think reinstalling the whole game would help?

I can't see how. Let me double check the code which excludes misplaced campaigns. Perhaps you are seeing an uncommon bug.

i tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.did not help.when i uninstalled it should i have maybe uninstalled everything in my games folder?

You can try deleting the entire BBCBA folder but you would lose all your saves.

I've not been able to see anything which would cause the behaviour you are seeing, but I will keep looking.

deleted it still no good.one thing though even though i uninstalled the game and deleted my files i still see (missing ids campaign)as a header when i look at create new challenge

could you send me the beta campaigns like you send the updates?

The updater isn't set up to write into the My Docs folders. It's only used for updating the official install.

i think i got it.after erasing and reinstalling for the 3rd time i went back and carfully read how to add the beta.i wasnt extracting it to the file i was extracting it on my desktop then pasteing it to my games,bbca

If you mean an existing game, then there is a problem with them currently. Sorry for the inconvenience.
