Is it possible to create smaller scenarios using the editor ?

For example, I would like to just do a Axis vs. Soviet scenario (using only part of the Europe map).

Are there any plans for an expansion pack with smaller scenarios ?

I'm afraid not.

You should be able to do this editing the dates that all the non-Germany/USSR countries join the war. You would see the whole map still but obviously would only need to use the Germany and Russian area's.
